Timetable for Nouski Yoga @ The Place
Saturday 10:00-11:00am 
Join us at Nouski Yoga and start the 2020’s as you mean to go on. This 6 week course will help you to reconnect with your body, each week we will focus on a different part of your practise, helping you to strengthen, stretch and relax as well as looking at how you can take your practise off the mat and use it practically in life.
 
Week 1: Getting back to the body, reawakening the body after the winter break
Week 2: The core, finding your inner strength
Week 3: Balance, on and off the mat
Week 4: Twisting to let go
Week 5: Hips to find your flow
Week 6: Upper body, increasing your confidence
