If you are coming back from a long break and are not feeling ready for a group class or feel like you would like a class just for you please contact me directly for more info on 1 to 1 sessions.

Relax & De-stress

This class will help you find away of winding down and finding some time for yourself. Yoga can actively promote relaxation as movement can be helpful for people who find it difficult to switch off. Through using relaxing asana/poses and breathing/pranayama exercises you will start to find calmness and learn to relax yourself.


Balancing Strength & Flexibility

This one to one class is based around the yoga principles of balance. It’s often thought that yoga focuses on flexibility but the reality is that you don’t want to too flexible that you are unable to move safely, or too strong that you’re too stiff to move, flexibility is supported by strength, whilst to fully experience your strength you need flexibility. Your class will focus on helping you to balance between the 2 allowing you to work with in your safe range of movement, and helping to reduce the risk of injury as you become more body aware.


​Improving Performance

If you’re very active climbing/running/dancing then this is the class for you. We focus on the areas of your body that are most affected by your training, and create a programme that will compliment and enhance your training. Some classes you may need active rest while others will look at rebalancing your body. Getting you focused, as well as helping you find coping mechanisms to use during competitions/events/performances allowing you to find a sense of well-being and an improvement in your physical performance


£220 package of 4 classes (a saving of £40 compared to buying 4 individual classes)
£65 single class
