Nouski Yoga vinyasa flow active lifestyle classes are taught by Anouska Anderson. Classes are designed to re-balance your body whilst giving your mind space to unwind. Imagine what you could achieve with a balanced and fully energised body and an uncluttered mind. A body which is either too tight or too flexible can lead to injury, which in itself can lead to stress. The number one cause of burnout is stress and this is a place none of us want to get to. Instead there is always the option of joining me for class.
Classes are suitable for both professional and amateur athletes with specialised classes for climbers, dancers and those with EDS. If you’re just starting your journey into being more active there are classes that are suitable for you too. With a variety of drop in classes, workshops and 1:1’s focusing on relaxation, strength and flexibility and improving your performance both physically and mentally there is definitely a class that’s right for you. Class sizes on Zoom are limited to ensure I can see you all clearly and if you have a spare 10 minutes after class stick around to say hi to other class members.
