Timetable for Nouski Yoga
Join me at Nouski Yoga for your yoga classes. Helping you to reconnect with your body each week we will focus on a different part of your practice so you can strengthen, stretch and relax.  Class sizes on Zoom are limited to ensure I can see you all clearly and you will need to keep your camera on for the duration of the class, and if you have a spare 10 minutes after class stick around to say hi to other class members.

Tuesday's 7:00-8:00pm
Nouski Flow at Scout Hut, Durban Road East, Watford, WD18 0RN
Join me on Tuesday's for relaxing, chilled out flow. A slower moving class which allows you to get to those parts that are often forgotten, helping you to unwind from the stresses of the current situation. Focusing on our physical practice allows us to take time out which gives the mind time to reset and mentally recharge.

Thursday's 7:00-8:00pm at West Watford Community Association
This class looks at improving strength, flexibility and balance, which leads to improved body awareness, posture and coordination. This class will allow you to challenge what you think that you are capable of whilst giving you away to release tension whilst taking some time for yourself. To book please email: [email protected]

Workshops 2026

Intention Setting Workshop -

​If you want to realign or want to reaffirm your goals and intentions 2026 join me for the Intention Setting Yoga Workshop where you can:
  • Reaffirm your core beliefs
  • Begin to set healthy boundaries
  • Set some SMART goals
  • And checking with what you want from 2026
This yoga workshop uses a mixture of traditional yoga and Embodied Yoga Principles (EYP). We will start with a yoga warm up before moving on to the EYP part of the session and finishing off with some more yoga.

What do I need for this workshop?

A yoga mat and any props that you use, and something comfortable to move in. A journal or notebook if there is anything you want to note down as we will have time for questions and to reflect on your discoveries.
Please note that this workshop can bring some emotions and you will be encouraged throughout to look after yourself both emotionally and physically.

These workshops will be taking place quarterly if you would like to keep reflecting and revising your goals and intentions this year.
