A good day starts with a good morning, especially if you’re not a morning person. So we need to shift old habits, switch things up and create a routine that you’ll enjoy.
So for your day to start well you need to look at your sleep routine. Keeping a regular time for bed, try to avoid screen time for an hour before bed. Ensure your bedroom is not too warm or cold. Try to wake up at the same time everyday, and minimise your weekend lie in as it’s not as beneficial as you might think. And make your bed so you’re not tempted to get back in! Pick an uplifting track to play in the shower, it also helps you to save water too. Even if you’re working from home get dressed as if you’re going to work. If you’re a breakfast eater, have a breakfast party play list for a quick blast in your kitchen. It takes a little while for new habits to form, but once you find your best morning routine you’ll definitely know.
