Q. When can I start pregnancy classes? A. You can start class from 14 weeks, please check with your midwife or GP first
Q. I have never done yoga before can I start yoga? A. Yes! Pregnancy yoga classes are designed to cater for beginners through to regular practitioners. Plus as it is a one to one class it will tailored to your needs.
Q. I have X medical condition, can I still come to class? A. The best thing to do is to give me a call or drop me an email and we can have a chat to see whether class will be suitable.
Q. I'm non-binary, and have found it difficult to relate to the binary language used in other pregnancy classes. A. In our pre-signup chat you can let me know your preferred pronouns.
Q. When can I start postnatal classes? A. This will depend on the birth route you have taken, after your 6 week check for a vaginal birth as long as your medical team are happy. C-section births require a longer period of recovery, so check with your medical professional when you can start back.
