If you’re very active climbing/running/dancing then this is the class for you. We focus on the areas of your body that are most affected by your training, and create a programme that will compliment and enhance your training. Some classes you may need active rest while others will look at rebalancing your body. Getting you focused, as well as helping you find coping mechanisms to use during competitions/events/performances allowing you to find a sense of well-being and an improvement in your physical performance.
