This one to one class is based around the yoga principles of balance. It’s often thought that yoga focuses on flexibility but the reality is that you don’t want to too flexible that you are unable to move safely, or too strong that you’re too stiff to move, flexibility is supported by strength, whilst to fully experience your strength you need flexibility. Your class will focus on helping you to balance between the 2 allowing you to work with in your safe range of movement, and helping to reduce the risk of injury as you become more body aware.
